  • Shipping & Delivery

    We offer a number of shipping methods for your convenience, including PO/APO/FPO addresses and U.S. Territories. Depending on the item(s) you purchase on and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods available. At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). Shipping costs are based on the shipping method chosen and the value of the total order. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.

    If available where you live, you will have the option to upgrade your shipping method for faster delivery (such as Second Day service). If you choose to upgrade your shipping method, your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 3:00 p.m. EST or your order may not be processed until the following business day. If you choose to upgrade your shipping method to Overnight, your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 11:00 p.m. EST or your order may not be processed until the following business day.

    Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

    For Standard Shipping we require 1 to 2 days to process your order. Please expect 2 to 7 business days for in-stock merchandise to be shipped from our facilities and delivered to you. ("Business days" means Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.) In some cases, merchandise may actually ship earlier than expected.

    When can you track your order?

    Generally, order tracking numbers are assigned at time of order confirmation to package at our warehouse and appear on our website along with your order information. However, it may take up to 48 hours before the package is checked into the carrier's order tracking system. Even though your package has already shipped from our warehouse and is on its way to you, the carrier may not be able to provide any information about your package for up to 48 hours. Orders placed on may be delivered by one of several different carriers and shipping methods. Order tracking availability may vary depending on the type of item you purchased, the shipping method you selected during Checkout, and the carrier that is delivering your item(s). Occasionally, orders are delivered via a carrier that does not offer the ability to track a package. In these rare instances, Your Order History on email us at for updated information on your order.

    Finding Your Order Status

    The status of your order is easy to find.

    Check your email. You are required to enter an email address during Checkout, so that you may receive emails regarding the status of your order. Contact us. If you still have questions about your order, please email us.

    How is order status different from tracking information?

    Order tracking information may not be available for up to 48 hours after an item is shipped from our warehouse.

  • Returns & Replacements

    Wrong, item, color or size

    If we shipped you the wrong item, please email us at It is important that you contact us before returning your item, so that we may assist you with return shipping fees. If you do not contact us, you are responsible for all return shipping charges. Before you contact us, please have your order number available. Please note: Coco Johnsen LLC & is not responsible for shipping, handling, gift wrap, and other additional charges for returned items.

  • Ordering

    Cancellations of your order

    Orders or parts of an order may be cancelled by our system for various reasons. Possible reasons include:

    Unavailable item(s)
    Difficulty in processing your payment information
    Inability to ship to address provided
    Existence of a duplicate order

    If your order is cancelled, you will receive an important notice via email. It will explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items. Once an order is cancelled, it cannot be reprocessed and must be submitted again on our website. If you are interested in purchasing items similar to those unavailable, please email us and please add our email address to your SPAM exceptions list or your email address book (refer to your email program to manage your incoming emails).

    Customer Requested Cancellations

    After you have clicked "Send My Order", you cannot cancel or change your order*. Our system is designed to process and ship orders immediately. If you wish to cancel your order you may return the items for an exchange or credit only if the purchased item is in the original good condition and unworn. We do not accept returns or refunds on lingerie or swimwear .We do not offer cash refunds. Store credit only.

    Important information about payment:

    Credit Cards are not charged until order items are shipped.
    Debit and Bank Check Cards will be charged immediately upon order.
    For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.
